ITINERARY FOR LADAKH

DAY 1: ARRIVE AT LEH

• Airport pickup as per the flights.
• Rest for the entire day to Acclimatize with the high altitude.
• Evening visit Shanti Stupa & back to hotel.
• Overnight at the Hotel.

DAY 2: LEH SIGHTSEEING

▪ After breakfast start your drive for sightseeing
▪ Visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Rancho’s School, Leh Palace & Shanti stupa
▪ Reach Leh by late evening.
▪ Overnight at Hotel in Leh.

DAY 3: Leh to Nubra

▪ After breakfast drive towards Nubra.
▪ Reach Khardungla in 2.5 hrs from Leh. Travel through the hairpin bends all the way till Nubra.
▪ Visit Diskit Gompa on the way & by evening reach Sand dunes.
▪ Overnight at Camp in Nubra.

DAY 4: Nubra to Leh via Pangong

• After breakfast start your drive towards pangong.
• The drive will be along the Shyok river majority of the trip.
• Reach Pangong early afternoon & enjoy the majestic Pangong Tso along with lunch.
• Late afternoon drive to Leh Via Changla which is one of the highest motorable roads.

DAY 5: Leh Sightseeing

▪ After breakfast start your drive for sightseeing
▪ Visit Sangam Point, Magnetic hill, Patar Saheb Gurudwara & Hall of Fame museum.
▪ Reach Leh by late evening.
▪ Overnight at Hotel in Leh.

DAY 6: Departure

▪ After breakfast drive to the airport with some lovely memories & this beauty.

Note: Luxury Hotels query shall be catered on case to case basis as rooms & rates are dynamic in nature for the 5 star segment.

COST INCLUDES:

1. All hotel accommodations.
2. All transport costs ex-Leh airport including Inner Line Permits for Restricted Areas.
3. Car will be out of Ertiga, Xylo, Scorpio etc as per availability.
4. Breakfast & Dinner every day during the tour.
5. Airport transfers at Leh.
6. Onground assistance in Leh.
7. All tolls (wherever applicable).

COST EXCLUDES:

1. Lunch + All food & beverages costs apart from the ones mentioned above.
2. Hotel & driver tips (if any).
3. Entry ticket fees to Museums, Parks, etc.
4. Any personal expenditure (Toiletries, medicines, etc.)
5. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control
6. Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Cost Includes”.
7. Any guide fees.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Prices valid from 02rd March 2024 to 31st October 2024.
2. All payments for additional/optional activities to be paid in cash to our Ladakh Operations Head.
3. Final Confirmation will be provided on completion of full payment.
4. All vehicles provided during tour are restricted to the sightseeing mentioned. They are not available at disposal of the client.
5. Whenever guests are in transit, packed breakfast/lunch will be provided.
6. No Refund or Compensation shall be given for any unused meals/services/transportation under any circumstance.

PAYMENTS:

• 50% to be paid at the time of booking.

• Remaining to be paid on or before 30 days before the date of commencement of travel.
• Failure to adhere to the above mentioned payment terms will result in automatic cancellation of the booking of the travel plan and no refund will be given, irrespective of the number of days left before commencement of travel.

CANCELLATIONS:

• 75% of the tour cost will be refunded if the travel plan is cancelled by the customer 60 days or more prior to the date of commencement of travel.*
• 50% of the tour cost will be refunded if the travel plan is cancelled by the customer 30 days or more prior to the date of commencement of travel.*
• 30% of the tour cost will be refunded if the travel plan is cancelled by the customer 15 days or more prior to the date of commencement of travel.*
• No money shall be refunded in case of cancellation of travel plan less than 15 days prior to the date of commencement of travel.
*Only if the payment schedule has been properly followed. If only part payment is made before cancellation, the refund amount shall only apply to the amount over and above the cancellation charges.
