BOOKING CONDITIONS
CHECK IN/OUT TIME
- Check-in time: after 14:00 – Check-out time: before 12:00 at noon.
AMENDMENT
Any amendment should be done at least 30 days for GIT (group), 15 days for FIT (individual) before tour depart.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Booking and Payment Terms
1.1 Advance Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 20% or as per hotels demand is required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
1.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days your final departure date.
1.3 Mode of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the invoice. Additional charges may apply for credit card payments.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Cancellation by Traveler:
- 30+ days before departure: of the tour cost will be refunded.
- 15-30 days before departure: of the tour cost will be charged.
- Less than 15 days: No refund will be provided.
2.2 Cancellation by Operator: If the operator cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative tour option will be provided.
- CHANGES IN BOOKING
3.1 Amendments by Traveler: Any changes to the booking (e.g., date changes, name changes) are subject to availability and additional charges.
3.2 Changes by Operator: The operator reserves the right to alter itineraries, hotels, or transportation due to operational reasons. Equivalent alternatives will be provided.
- INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
4.1 Inclusions:
- Accommodation as specified in the itinerary.
- Transportation as mentioned.
- Meals as outlined (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- Entrance fees to attractions as per the itinerary.
4.2 Exclusions:
- Visa fees and travel insurance.
- Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, and beverages.
- Optional tours and activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. It must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be required before departure.
- LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
6.1 The operator is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by acts of God, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
6.2 The traveler is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
- HEALTH AND SAFETY
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel. The operator must be informed of any special requirements or pre-existing conditions.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction] and will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of [Insert Court/City].
